Despite being in the theatre industry for almost 13 years, getting my professional headshot taken is something I have never been 100% comfortable with. I always found it so exposing and I never quite knew how to be 'natural' in front of a lens, especially with a photographer I'd never met before. However, Melanie was warm, encouraging and reassuring, resulting in me relaxing on my shoot and enabling both confidence in my stance and my relationship with the photographer. Her shot is unique, fresh and my agent loved all 3 shots. I would highly recommend her!
